Hello Students! 👋

I currently work as a Software Engineer at The Hacking School.
where I mentor aspiring developers and build impactful solutions.
Previously, I was a Software Engineer at T-WORKS Which is
India's largest prototyping center.
I've guided hundreds of students to master web development and understand what the real tech industry demands.
I'm also a proud CS.CODE.IN Fellow '22. Over the years, I've contributed to the Lords Bus App, led projects at Edventure Park, and worked with Supraja Technologies.
Now, let's talk about something real
the Truth about Tier-3 colleges and placements.
I've seen it, lived it, and I know exactly what's missing.
To be honest
there's nothing in most college syllabuses that companies are actually asking for.

Yes! I'm an Alumni of Lords.
When I visited Google, twice
I asked developers there:
Q: Why don't you hire from Tier-3 colleges?
A: Because what we need isn't being taught there
That's the harsh truth.
The industry needs real skills
not marks, not attendance, not copied assignments.
It's not just about learning AI tools & making projects.
You need to understand DSA, DevOps, Frontend, Backend
each of which demands 5–6 months of consistent serious coding.
I'm not here to sell another course or charge you a single rupee.
This is a reality check.
I know some of you already feel this
yet you're still trapped by internal exams, records, and assignments.
Those are just formalities.
College is doing its job. You must secure yours.
I asked a Google SDE-2,
Q: How can a Tier-3 student get into big tech companies?

He said:
- A solid GitHub profile
- Problem-solving projects
- Good Communication Skills
He added:
💡 "Don't show me 100 useless projects. Show me one project with 100 real users."
start learning Git and GitHub,
build projects, and focus on depth, not just certificates.
Because if you don't, you might end up in call centers, doing odd jobs, or moving abroad with no real tech career.
Let me be honest again
AI will not take your job. The person who learns AI will.
I created a platform called code.live.
It's a place where your GitHub profile is your resume.
No fake words.
No buzzwords.
No PDFs.
Just real-time analytics of your actual work
what the industry truly values.
